Welcome to our website.
We have fun brewing our beer: It just happens to be great beer as well!
A tiny microbrewery tucked in behind the Corbie Inn in Bo' ness in Central Scotland. Brewing, casking and bottling our traditional ales by hand. No automation here. It's all controlled manually by Stuart, our brewer. The brewery can produce 368 litres of ale in a brew. There are two fermenters in the brewery, so three batches (or "gyles" ) in two weeks is possible.
Steam's up 1: Brewing day at the wee brewery. Shiny new lum we just put in to replace the old flexible thing we used to put out the window.
Steam's up 2: Unorthodox delivery of 2 casks of our beer! The beer was going to the Bo'ness and Kinneil Railway Steam Gala. The railway passes our back door!
First cask of beer was produced in November 2011: Pennvael amber ale. We still produce that beer, but it has now been joined by other regularly brewed ales Click "Beers" to see them.
